2 Account Registration
To open a valid account on 999 casino, a member must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be truthful.
Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold more than one account, 999 casino reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the balances. Attempts to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method are also covered by this rule.

After registration, 999 casino may at any time request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your National ID or passport). If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
3 Age Verification
The minimum age to use all casino and betting services on 999 casino is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use the platform. At the time of registration, the member declares that they are 21 years of age or older.
If it is subsequently proven that a member opened an account while underage, that account will be closed immediately, all transactions will be considered void, and deposited funds will not be refunded.
4 Account Security
The member is solely responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) secure. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
If a member believes that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, they must notify the 999 casino support team immediately. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals
999 casino supports three mobile wallets for payments: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Deposit conditions
- Payments must be made only from the mobile number registered on the account
- Deposits from a third-party mobile wallet (registered in someone else's name) are not permitted
- Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
- A minimum of ৳200 must be deposited
Withdrawal conditions
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met
999 casino may request additional verification or temporarily hold a transaction in cases of unusual or suspicious activity. This measure may also be necessary for the member's own protection.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
999 casino offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions, which the member must read before claiming that bonus.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
General bonus conditions
- A bonus may not be claimed more than once (unless the promotion's terms state otherwise)
- Bonuses are not transferable to third parties
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled
- Multiple members from the same household may not claim a bonus more than once in total
- 999 casino reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspicious or abusive bonus use
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999 casino. If any such activity is detected, the member's account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of someone else
- Registering with false information or under another person's identity
- Placing strategic bets with the intention of circumventing bonus conditions ("bonus hunting" or "arbitraging")
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or software bugs on the platform
- Playing using automated software, bots or scripts
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Harassing other members or behaving in a way that damages the platform's reputation
- Attempting hacking, phishing or any form of cyber attack
During an investigation into suspicious activity, 999 casino may temporarily suspend the account in question. The member may be asked to provide relevant information and documents while the investigation is ongoing.
8 Account Closure
A member may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.
999 casino may close or suspend a member's account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms
- Failure to provide identity verification documents on time
- No activity on the account for an extended period (12 months or more)
- By order of a court or at the request of a law enforcement authority
- If fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
For inactive accounts, 999 casino may deduct a monthly maintenance fee after a set period. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.
9 Responsible Gambling
999 casino believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to play consciously and within their limits.

11 Amendments to the Terms
999 casino reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms by the member. If a member does not accept a change to the Terms, they may request account closure.
If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining clauses will continue to be effective. 999 casino will replace that clause with a valid condition of equivalent standing.
